Cop out

Is using the FOGO bin and composting a cop out for not being creative enough with our food scraps? I hold my hand up to this one as I use both systems, better than the rubbish bin, I guess.

I do make delicious soups with off cuts of veg and maybe pickle the odd bits of leftover veg for home, but I’m not sure I have the time for using up everything.
